徐国民 男37岁 黑龙江人1977年毕业于黑龙江大学数学系,1981年在中科院研究生院获硕士学位,1985年在中科院计算中心获博士学位,1988年在比利时鲁文大学做客座教授两个月,现为计算中心副研究员,科技软件研究室副主任。主要从事函数逼近及数学软件方面的研究。在函数逼近方面,主要在有理 Hermite插值、pade逼近、矩阵Pade逼近等方面获得了问题的可解性、唯一性、收敛性、计算以及应用等结果。现负责“非线性逼近理论及应用”的研究课题。在数学软件方面,参加国家“六五”、“七五”科技攻关项目──数学软件库的研究与发展,主要研制了初等函数计算方案的自动生成系统以及任意精度运算系统,其中“数学软件库”曾获1986年中科院科技进步奖一等奖,国家科技进步奖三等奖。
