报道4例缓慢心房律,男,女各2例,年龄35～71岁(平均49.75岁),冠心病1例,病毒性心肌炎后遗症3例。4例中3例为窦房结功能衰竭,其中2例使用经食管心房调搏测定窦房结恢复时间,均属延长,异位心律的频率范围51～83次/分,P波平均额面电轴为0～—30°,缓慢心房律持续时间自数小时至5个月。
