学风问题的重要性已日益为全党和全社会所关注。《中共中央关于在全党深入学习邓小平理论的通知》中明确指出:“学风问题是对待马克思主义的态度问题,是关系党的兴衰和事业成败的重大政治问题。”江泽民同志也一再指出:“理论学习新高潮能不能扎扎实实地兴起来,理论武装工作能不能取得明显成效,关键在于弘扬理论联系实际的马克思主义学风。”学风问题,对于无产阶级政党及其领导下的社会主义国家来说,实质上就是一个对待马克思主义的态度问题,是一个如何认识和看待马克思主义基本原理
