将侧耳液体菌种和麦粒菌种分别接种于3种培养料上,观察了菌丝生长、子实体产量与经济性状。结果表明,液体菌种的表现优于麦粒菌种,液体菌种在玉米芯+麸皮培养料上的菌丝发育快、现蕾早、开采期提前,子实体性状好、产量高。同时,对3种培养料中纤维麦、半纤维麦及营养成分进行了分析,结果以玉米芯+麸皮培养料中所含的纤维麦、半纤维素、全氮、水溶性总糖、水溶性氮的含量最高,木质素含量最低。
The species of Pleurotus ostreatus and Staphylococcus aureus were inoculated into three kinds of culture materials respectively, and the growth of mycelium, yield of fruiting bodies and economic traits were observed. The results showed that the liquid strains performed better than that of the wheat cultivars. The mycelial growth of the liquid strains on the corncob + bran culture material was fast, with early budding and early harvesting, good fruiting body characteristics and high yield. At the same time, we analyzed the fiber malt, hemicellulose and nutritional components of the three kinds of culture materials. The results showed that the fiber malt, hemicellulose, total nitrogen, water-soluble total sugar and water-soluble The highest content of sexual nitrogen, lignin content of the lowest.
