用多肽固相合成法合成了血管紧张素Ⅰ转换酶抑制剂(ACEI),经HPLC检查其纯度达99%以上,用质谱测得分子量与理论值相同,氨基酸组分分析与预期结果相一致。动物实验表明,在体外ACEI对大鼠的ACE有明显的抑制作用;在体内能有效地降低血压。
Angiotensin Ⅰ converting enzyme inhibitor (ACEI) was synthesized by solid-phase peptide synthesis. The purity of ACE was 99% or more. The molecular weight was the same as the theoretical value by mass spectrometry. The analysis of amino acid composition was consistent with the expected result. Animal experiments show that ACEI in vitro ACE inhibitory effect in rats; in the body can effectively reduce blood pressure.
