目的:观察金荞麦提取物对小鼠痛经模型的影响。方法:己烯雌酚与缩宫素联用引起小鼠扭体反应和离体子宫收缩,然后观察不同浓度的金荞麦提取物对其影响。结果:金荞麦提取物显著降低缩宫素引起的小鼠扭体动物数及扭体反应次数;对缩宫素引起的小鼠离体子宫收缩的平均张力也有明显的抑制作用。对二者的抑制作用均呈剂量依赖性。结论:金荞麦提取物对小鼠离体和在体痛经模型有良好的治疗作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of buckwheat extract on dysmenorrheal model in mice. Methods: Diethylstilbestrol combined with oxytocin induced writhing reaction in mice and uterine contraction in vitro, and then observed the effects of different concentrations of buckwheat extract on it. Results: Golden buckwheat extract significantly reduced the number of mice writhing caused by oxytocin and the number of writhing reaction; oxytocin-induced mouse uterine contraction average tension also significantly inhibited. The inhibitory effect on both was dose-dependent. Conclusion: Buckwheat extract has a good therapeutic effect on mice in vitro and in body dysmenorrhea model.
