成人型呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)是由多种病因所致的急性呼吸衰竭,其特点是呼吸窘迫,进行性低氧血症。多采用呼气终末正压(PEEP)机械通气进行治疗,近年米我院采用简便的高频射流通气(HFJV)救治10例ARDS患者,现报告如下。
