典型城市的战略新兴产业发展验证性分析显示,政府行为是战略性新兴产业发展的重要调节与控制变量。促进战略性新兴产业发展需要城市当局从生产要素、需求条件、相关及支撑产业、企业战略与竞争四个层面出发,全面评估城市的现实优势与劣势,因地制宜地选择战略性新兴产业并实施干预性产业政策。
The strategic analysis of the development of strategic emerging industries in typical cities shows that government behavior is an important regulatory and control variable in the development of strategic emerging industries.
