目的:建立快速检测炙麻黄中盐酸麻黄碱含量的方法,在甲流疫情发生时能准确判断各种中药处方中炙麻黄的质量。方法:采用大孔树脂处理样品,高效液相色谱法测定,采用安捷伦XDB-C_(18)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(9:91),检测波长207 nm;柱温35℃;流速1.0 ml.min~(-1)。结果:盐酸麻黄碱进样量在81.6~408.0 ng范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为96.73%(RSD=1.9%)。结论:该方法能快速准确分析出炙麻黄中盐酸麻黄碱的含量,在大型疫情发生时,能及时有效的保证各类含炙麻黄的中成药组方的质量。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for rapid determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in Sunburn ephedra, which can accurately determine the quality of Sunburn ephedra in various traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions when an outbreak of flu occurs. Methods: The sample was treated with macroporous resin and determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (9:91) using Agilent XDB-C 18 column with detection wavelength at 207 nm. ℃; flow rate 1.0 ml.min ~ (-1). Results: The linear range was 81.6 ~ 408.0 ng (r = 0.999 6). The average recovery was 96.73% (RSD = 1.9%). Conclusion: This method can quickly and accurately analyze the content of Ephedrine Hydrochloride in Sunburn Ephedra, which can ensure the quality of various proprietary Chinese medicines containing Sunburn Ephedra timely and effectively.
