定向运动作为一项集智力和体力锻炼为一体的健康型体育活动,以其浓厚的娱乐性、强大的挑战性以及良好的健身效果等特点,深受体育爱好者和广大学生的青睐,具有较强的社会推广价值。将定向运动作为一种体育课程素材应用到实际的体育教学中,对增强学生体质、培养学生的体育兴趣等方面有着重大的理论意义与实践价值。运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法对定向运动应用于体育教学的相关问题进行了探讨,指出了困扰我国定向运动教学的若干制约因素,并在此基础上开发了相应的应对策略。
Orienteering, as a health-based physical activity integrating mental and physical exercise, is favored by sports enthusiasts and students with its entertaining features, strong challenges and good fitness effects. Applying Orienteering as a kind of physical education curriculum material in practical PE teaching has great theoretical and practical value in enhancing students 'physique and developing students' sports interests. This paper discusses the problems related to the application of orienteering to physical education through literature, logical analysis and other research methods, points out some of the restricting factors that plague the teaching of directional sports in our country, and develops corresponding coping strategies.
