目的了解广州市一级医疗机构X射线诊断机房防护设施合格情况的分布特征。方法收集广州市2012-2016年140台一级医疗机构X射线诊断机房的防护设施现况,采用SPSS 21.0作秩和检验和卡方检验。结果机房防护设施总体合格率为17.14%,11项机房防护设施指标中,合格率最高为动力排风装置90.00%、最低为个人防护用品40.00%。不同X射线设备间总体合格率有统计学差异(χ2=28.349,P=0.000),DR机房最高(42.50%);双床双管类最低(0.00%)。对于合格率在不同类型X射线设备间有统计学差异的8项指标中,机房内最小单边长度、放射防护注意事项合格率最低的X射线设备均为双床双管单房(分别为50.00%和20.00%),机房布局和动力排风装置合格率最低的均为屏-片摄影(分别为62.50%和68.75%),个人防护用品、电离辐射警告标志、工作状态指示灯(灯箱处设警示语句)和门灯联锁合格率最低的均为双床双管双房(均为0.00%)。结论该市一级医疗X射线诊断机房防护设施现况不容乐观,特别是双床双管类和屏-片摄影。
Objective To understand the distribution characteristics of qualified facilities of X-ray diagnosis room in Guangzhou medical institutions. Methods The current situation of protection facilities of X-ray diagnosis room in 140 first-class medical institutions in Guangzhou City during 2012-2016 was collected. SPSS 21.0 was used for rank sum test and chi-square test. Results The overall pass rate of protective equipment in the engine room was 17.14%. Among the 11 engine room protective equipment indicators, the highest pass rate was 90.00% for power exhaust and the lowest was 40.00% for personal protective equipment. The overall pass rate of X-ray equipment was statistically different (χ2 = 28.349, P = 0.000), DR room highest (42.50%); For the eight indicators that the pass rate was statistically different between different types of X-ray equipment, the X-ray equipment with the smallest unilateral length in the engine room and the lowest passable percentage of radiation protection precautions were double-bed double-tube single rooms (50.00 % And 20.00% respectively). The lowest passing rate of engine room layout and power exhaust device were screen-film photography (62.50% and 68.75% respectively), personal protective equipment, ionizing radiation warning sign, working status indicator Warning statement) and the lowest rate of interlocking door lights are double-bed double-tube double rooms (both 0.00%). Conclusion The status quo of the first-class medical X-ray diagnosis room protection facilities in the city is not optimistic, especially in the double-bed type and the screen-film photography.
