MBO是近年来流行的话题,主流经济学家认为国企的产权是不明晰的,对经营者的激励不够,应通过MBO等方式激励管理者提高工作效率。本文指出MBO不但没有解决国企的产权清晰和激励管理者,反而产生了更多的问题,并且MBO将导致私有化,侵吞国家财产,鼓励腐败,而私有化的结果只能加剧剥削,造成更大的贫富差距,根本不符合社会主义的根本要求,所以,MBO是条错误的道路。
MBO is a popular topic in recent years. Mainstream economists believe that the property rights of state-owned enterprises are not clear, and their incentives to managers are not enough. They should encourage managers to improve work efficiency through MBO and other methods. This article points out that MBO not only fails to resolve the clear property rights of state-owned enterprises and incentivize managers, but also creates more problems, and MBO will lead to privatization, embezzlement of state property, encourage corruption, and the result of privatization will only exacerbate exploitation and result in greater The gap between the rich and the poor does not meet the fundamental requirements of socialism.
