根据GB 1183—75不垂直度误差的定义,我们介绍一种大型直角尺垂直度误差的检定方法。首先,制造一个作为直角标准的四方体(如图1所示),四方体的材料可用铸钢或花岗岩,后者有加工容易和抗锈蚀等优点。四方体工作面的平行度误差控制在1微米范围内。四方体的边长越长,测量精度越高,但加工越困难。一般地,四方体可制成310×310毫米为宜。此四方体的角度偏差(用微米表示)可采用自检法检定。
According to the definition of non-squareness error of GB 1183-75, we introduce a method of testing the squareness of large squareness. First of all, to make a square (see Figure 1) as a right-angle standard, the material of the square can be cast steel or granite, which has the advantages of easy machining and corrosion resistance. The parallelism error of the square face is controlled in the range of 1 micron. The longer the quadrilateral side, the higher the measurement accuracy, but the more difficult processing. In general, the cube can be made 310 × 310 mm is appropriate. The angular deviation of this tetragon (expressed in micrometers) can be checked using a self-test method.
