高中地理这一门学科是文科中的理科,地理这一门学科既有繁杂的地形地貌,季风气候等地理基础知识需要记忆,同时又有很多需要计算分析的问题需要学生思考,例如:时差的计算,经纬度的计算等。故很多文科学生在学习地理时对一些材料题目并不知道应该怎么分析计算,这是教师在教学中只注重学生对基础知识的记忆,而没有注重培养学生思维能力的缘故。学生的地理思维能力对学生的学习以及解决问题至关重要,只有培养学生的思维能力才能使得学生能灵活运用知识进行解题,同时,良好的地理思维能力也有助于学生的学习,可以提高教师的课堂教学效率。故教师在高中地理教学课堂中要合理的利用有效策略,提高课堂教学效率,培养学生地理思维,让学生“乐学”“爱学”。
