高位胃溃疡是指贲门下3 cm 内的小弯及贲门、胃底部发生的良性胃溃疡。我院自1979～1982年3,270例胃镜检查中,检出消化性溃疡1417例次,其中高位胃溃疡46人,分析如下:一、临床资料 (1)病例选择:经 X 线、手术及病检证实者5例,胃镜及手术病理证实者24例,胃镜及活检证实并随访5年者1例,其余16例为胃镜加活检诊断。(2)性别与年龄:男43,女3。年龄:<40岁10人,≥40岁36人,最小23岁,最大77岁。40岁以后高位胃溃疡发病率明显增多。(P<0.01)。(3)病程:<1年8人,1～5年12人,6～10年9人,11～20年5人,>21年4人,6人突然起病,2人病史不详。(4)临床表现和伴发病:有典型消化性溃疡临床表现9人,不典型消化道症状12人。合并上消化道出血的38人中,13人出血量
