在日常教学中,班中的学生写作水平会呈现两极分化的趋势,究其原因,主要在三个缺乏:缺乏自信、缺乏联想、缺乏交流。因此,对学困生的帮扶要从这三方面入手:让问题“微”而能言,增强他们的自信心;让感受“微”而易显,联系生活实际;让互动“微”而可见,形成有效交流。要学会用宏观的思想营造学困生习作世界的“微”生活,让他们在微变化中寻求自信与兴趣,从而达到质变的目的。
In daily teaching, the students’ writing skills in the class tend to be polarized. The reasons are mainly lacking in three aspects: lack of self-confidence, lack of association and lack of communication.
