目的:分析研究新医改给医院里面药剂管理转变带来的影响。方法:选取2014年2月~2016年2月我院药剂科药物应用相关资料作为研究对象,2015年2月开始通过现代化具体药剂管理理论有效指导药剂科管理工作,分析现代化药剂管理手段获得的管理效果。结果:实施现代化具体药剂管理手段之后,医院用药安全率以及医疗质量提升度明显升高,并且医疗纠纷出现例数也明显减少。结论:采取现代化有效药剂管理方法对药剂科实际工作提供针对性指导,对确保医院用药安全以及提高药物质量非常有利,从而增强医院所具有的核心竞争力,推动现代市场济体制背景下医疗水平的不断提升以及医院进一步发展。
Objective: To analyze and study the impact of new medical reform on the change of pharmacy management in the hospital. Methods: From February 2014 to February 2016, the data of drug application in pharmacy department of our hospital were selected as the research object. From February 2015, the management of pharmacy department was effectively guided by the modernized specific pharmacy management theory, and the management of modern pharmacy management was analyzed effect. Results: After the implementation of the specific drug management tools, the safety of drug use in hospitals and the improvement of the quality of medical care increased significantly, and the number of cases of medical disputes also decreased significantly. Conclusions: It is very advantageous to adopt modern and effective drug management methods to provide practical instruction for the pharmacy department. It is very beneficial to ensure the safety of the medication in the hospital and improve the quality of the medicines so as to enhance the core competitiveness of the hospital and promote the medical level in the modern market economy Constantly improve and further development of the hospital.
