目的:观察九虫丹对糖尿病周围神经病变模型大鼠血清T-SOD,MDA的影响。方法:采用链脲佐菌素左下腹单次注射的Wistar大鼠作为DPN模型,随机分为5组:空白组、模型组、二甲双胍组、弥可保组、九虫丹组。每组10只。8周后观察大鼠血糖、坐骨神经传导速度、血清T-SOD、MDA的变化。结果:九虫丹组能明显降低模型大鼠血清MDA含量、提高T-SOD活性,与二甲双胍组及弥可保组相比具有统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:九虫丹能提高DPN模型大鼠血清T-SOD活性,降低MDA含量,抑制糖尿病大鼠氧化应激反应变化,对糖尿病大鼠周围神经病变有一定的干预作用。
Objective: To observe the effects of Gushen Dan on serum T-SOD and MDA in diabetic peripheral neuropathy model rats. Methods: A single injection of streptozotocin in the left lower quadrant of Wistar rats was used as DPN model and randomly divided into 5 groups: blank group, model group, metformin group, miconazole group, and ginseng group. Each group of 10. After 8 weeks, the changes of blood glucose, sciatic nerve conduction velocity, serum T-SOD and MDA were observed. Results: Gushen Dan can significantly reduce the content of MDA in serum and increase the activity of T-SOD in model rats, which has statistical significance compared with those of metformin and miconazole (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Gushen Dan can improve serum T-SOD activity, reduce the content of MDA, inhibit the changes of oxidative stress in diabetic rats and interfere the peripheral neuropathy of diabetic rats.
