中国共产党党员,甘肃省第六、第七届政协委员,甘肃农业大学科研处原处长、原农学系教授、博士生导师戴朝曦同志,于2017年9月13日凌晨5时30分在兰州逝世,享年84岁。戴朝曦同志1934年出生于重庆市:1951~1954年参军,1955~1959年就读于西南农业大学农学系,毕业后分配至甘肃农业大学农学系从事作物遗传育种教学与科研工作。戴朝曦同志白手起家办起了遗传学实验室,培养出了双单倍体的马铃薯植
