高等职业教育以培养高级应用型技术人才为目的。在当前社会就业情况很不乐观的形式下,高职学校在给传授学生知识、技能的同时,更应该重视对学生的进行职业指导,帮助学生确立适度职业期望值,提高求职竞争力和社会适应能力。这已经成为高职教育的重要内容之一。笔者作为高职学校就业处工作的一员,就职业指导工作谈谈自己的一些浅陋的意见。

In the current social employment situation is not optimistic about the form, the higher vocational schools to impart knowledge and skills to students, but also should attach importance to students in vocational guidance, to help students establish appropriate career expectations, improve job search competitiveness and social adaptability . This has become an important part of higher vocational education. I work as a vocational school employment office, on career guidance to talk about some of their own shallow opinions.
