目前,我国已经进入经济社会发展的关键时期,机遇与挑战并存,各种深层次矛盾开始凸现。资源紧缺对经济发展的制约进一步显现,全社会对基础设施完善的要求不断提升,中小企业对金融信贷支持的要求也在加大,这些问题都需要通过加快发展,加大社会投资力度来解决。而作为社会投资的重要组成部分,民间投资在能源资源、基础设施以及金融信贷等领域发展潜力巨大。
At present, our country has entered a crucial period of economic and social development with both opportunities and challenges coexisting. Various deep-seated conflicts have begun to emerge. The restriction of resource shortage on economic development is further manifested. The requirements of improving the infrastructure of the whole society are constantly improving. The requirements of SMEs for financial credit support are also increasing. All these problems need to be solved through accelerating development and increasing social investment. As an important part of social investment, private investment has great potential for development in the fields of energy resources, infrastructure and finance and credit.
