用异体材料替代关节盘,可造成异物反应,关节破坏,自体真皮是近年来广为接受可作为关节盘替代物的材料,其缺点是与关节凹、髁突的粘连,囊性退变及其它并发症。作者用含有与戊二醛交联的Ⅰ型牛胶原的胶原片作为关节盘替代材料(该片水合后0.5mm厚)。其优点是材料易得,低抗原性,能加工,可通过交联改变强度。用成年新西兰兔作实验,分为非手术对照、盘切除加胶原片植入、盘切除加真皮植入、盘切除不用替代材料共4组。在手术后第2、4、8、18、36周分别从每一组挑选一个处死,并行组织学检查。发现盘切除未植材料组有显著关节破坏,真皮或胶原均在第八周吸收,关节面软骨肥厚,增生,18周时厚度恢复正常;在第36周
