为比较纳米Cu2O原药与悬浮液对菜瓜灰霉病菌的抑制作用,研究采用含药培养基法进行了毒力测定。试验结果表明:同一质量浓度的纳米Cu2O悬浮液对菜瓜灰霉病菌的抑菌效果明显优于纳米Cu2O原药,抑制作用与质量浓度呈正相关;毒力回归方程的相关系数分别为0.892 2和0.996 1,纳米Cu2O原药与悬浮液对菜瓜灰霉病菌的有效中浓度EC50分别为3 948.9和167.9 mg/kg.因此纳米Cu2O原药对菜瓜灰霉病菌有一定的抑制作用,而纳米Cu2O悬浮液对菜瓜灰霉病菌的抑制作用非常明显。
In order to compare the inhibitory effect of Cu2O nanoparticle and suspension on Botrytis cinerea, the toxicity assay of drug-containing culture medium was carried out. The results showed that the antibacterial effect of the same mass concentration of Cu2O suspension on Botrytis cinerea was better than that of Cu2O and the inhibition was positively correlated with the concentration of Cu2O. The correlation coefficient of toxicity regression equation was 0.892 2 and 0.996 1, the effective concentration of nano-Cu2O original drug and suspension Botrytis cinereae EC50 were 3 948.9 and 167.9 mg / kg. Therefore, the original nano-Cu2O Cucumber Botrytis cinerea has a certain degree of inhibition, and nano-Cu2O suspension Botrytis cinerea inhibitory effect is very obvious.
