以多重乳液相对体积为衡量标准,借助显微镜直接观察,考查影响α-亚麻酸多重乳液稳定性的表面活性剂的参数变化,以确定制备α-亚麻酸多重乳液的适宜条件。结果表明,以Tween 80作亲水乳化剂,Span 80作亲油乳化剂制备的多重乳状液,当m(油相)︰m(内水相)︰m(外水相)=4︰1︰2.5,m(Span 80)︰m(Tween 80)=3.5︰1,乳化剂的含量为7%时,多重乳液相对体积达到97%,稳定性最好。
Taking the relative volume of multiple emulsions as the standard, the change of the parameters of surfactants affecting the stability of α-linolenic acid multiple emulsion was investigated by means of direct observation with microscope to determine the suitable conditions for the preparation of α-linolenic acid multiple emulsion. The results showed that when emulsified with Tween 80 as a hydrophilic emulsifier and Span 80 as a lipophilic emulsifier, when m (oil phase): m (internal water phase): m (external water phase) = 4: 1: 2.5, m (Span 80): m (Tween 80) = 3.5: 1, emulsifier content of 7%, the relative volume of multiple emulsion reached 97%, the best stability.
