高职院校专业技能抽查工作是湖南省教育厅实施的一项保障职业教育质量的有效举措,对引导高职院校加强实践技能训练,提升办学质量发挥了积极的作用。开展专业技能抽查在提高高职院校人才培养质量、推进课程教学改革、提升教师教学水平和完善专业实训条件等方面有重要意义,但也存在一些问题,如:技能抽查奖惩机制失衡;专业建设特色逐渐散失;公共课程作用不断弱化。
The spot check of professional skills in higher vocational colleges is an effective measure to guarantee the quality of vocational education implemented by Hunan Provincial Department of Education and plays a positive role in guiding higher vocational colleges to strengthen practice skills training and improve the quality of running a school. It is of great significance to carry out the spot check of professional skills in improving the quality of personnel training in higher vocational colleges, promoting the teaching reform of the curriculum, improving the teaching quality of teachers and improving the professional training conditions. However, there are some problems such as: Construction features are gradually lost; public courses continue to weaken the role.
