随着我国经济发展的腾飞,标准对社会各行各业的重要性日益凸显,而指导标准工作的标准化文件的翻译,在理论研究上一直是一个空白,这对标准化工作的推广形成掣肘。本文从国际标准化文件的突出特点入手,即术语、缩略语、简称、固定表述众多,提出标准化文件的翻译应以功能翻译理论为指导,遵循其三个最基本的原则,即目的性、忠实性、连贯性原则,并采用相应的翻译策略,从而使标准化文件的翻译实现“标准化”。
With the rapid development of economy in our country, the importance of standards to all walks of life in society has become increasingly prominent. The translation of standardized documents that guide standard work has always been a blank in the theoretical research, which hinders the popularization of standardization. This paper starts with the salient features of international standardization documents, that is, terminology, acronyms, abbreviations and fixed expressions. It is suggested that the translation of standardized documents should be guided by functional translation theory and follow its three most basic principles, that is, purposefulness, loyalty , The principle of coherence, and the corresponding translation strategy, so that the translation of standardized documents to achieve “standardization ”.
