合成了新型的复合无机固体超强酸 SO_4~(2-)/TiO_2-ZrO_2,把它作为催化剂用于马来酸双酯的合成,其反应速度快,工艺简单,与催化剂硫酸相比,副反应少,对设备腐蚀小。此催化剂不怕水,再生容易,可反复使用。用气相色谱、红外光谱、核磁共振对酯化产物进行了分析鉴定。对催化剂的表面性质进行了考查,并与催化酯化的活性、选择性进行了关联,其结果显示了很好的一致性。
A new type of composite inorganic solid superacid SO_4 ~ (2 -) / TiO_2-ZrO_2 was synthesized and used as a catalyst for the synthesis of maleic diester.
