目的:分析知母百合药对的化学成分,并研究其药动学特征。方法:取知母百合药对,应用安捷伦快速分离液相色谱仪和高分辨分形时间质谱仪分析其化学成分,并借助SD大鼠测定其药动学特征。结果:从知母提取液总离子流图中共计提取出21个色谱峰,包括18个甾体皂苷类和三个双苯吡酮类;从百合药材提取液总离子流图中共计提取出5个色谱峰。知母百合药对提取液的T1/2、Tmax、Cmax和AUC等参数小于知母单独提取液,但CL/F值大于后者。结论:知母百合药对具有十分实用的价值,其机制仍需进一步研究。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the chemical constituents of Zhimu Lily and study its pharmacokinetic characteristics. Methods: The chemical constituents of Momordicae were assayed by Agilent Rapid Resolution Liquid Chromatography and High Resolution Fractal Time-of-Flight Mass Spectrometry (HPLC-MS / MS), and their pharmacokinetics were determined by means of SD rats. Results: A total of 21 chromatographic peaks, including 18 steroidal saponins and three bixapyridones, were extracted from the total ion chromatogram of Anemarrhena asphodeloides extract. The parameters of T1 / 2, Tmax, Cmax and AUC of extracts of Anemarrhena asphodeloides L were less than those of extracts of Anemarrhena asphodelus, but the value of CL / F was greater than the latter.
