一月三日,省卫生厅副厅长、省中医学会会长黄春源同志主持召开了省市中医界部分知名人士座谈会,大家就如何振兴福建中医,发表了许多富有建设性的意见: (?)长荣(福建中医学院院长):振兴中医根本大计在于培养人才。建议同时从几方面采取有效措施. 一、办好中医学院:1、招收研究生,作为培养中医高层次人才的主要途径;2、本科要精简必修课,增设选修课,培养出智能型、继承型、开拓型等多种模式的人才;3、办学制2～3年的多种专科班,培养“短线”专业人才;4、办中药专科和本科班,为开发我省山海药物资源造就人才:5、办函授、夜大学、进修班,提高在职中级中医药人员的业务水平:6、继续举办西医学习中医班;7、创造条件招收外国留学生和侨胞中医进修生;8、接受基层医疗单位和群众团体委托代培中医药人员。
On January 3, Deputy Director of the Provincial Health Department and President of the Provincial Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine hosted the symposium on some well-known Chinese and Chinese medicine practitioners in provinces and cities. Many people expressed constructive suggestions on how to rejuvenate Fujian’s traditional Chinese medicine. Evergreen (Dean of Fujian College of Traditional Chinese Medicine): The fundamental idea of rejuvenating Chinese medicine lies in cultivating talents. It is suggested that effective measures should be taken from several aspects at the same time: 1. To run a TCM college: 1. To recruit graduate students as the main way to train high-level talents of Chinese medicine; 2. To improve compulsory courses and increase elective courses for undergraduates, develop intelligent and inherited , Pioneering and many other modes of personnel; 3, running school system 2 to 3 years of a variety of specialist classes, training “short-term” professionals; 4, to do Chinese medicine and undergraduate courses, for the development of our province Shanhai drug resources to create talent: 5, to do the correspondence, night university, refresher classes, to improve the professional level of Chinese medicine practitioners in service: 6, to continue to teach Chinese medicine classes; 7, to create conditions to recruit foreign students and Chinese compatriots advanced Chinese medicine practitioners; 8, Mass organizations commissioned on behalf of Chinese medicine practitioners.
