研究了喷射成形Cu-15Ni-8Sn合金的相组织及时效硬化,并与冶铸工艺的同种合金对比结果表明,用喷射成形技术制备的合金,呈现等轴晶,晶粒细化,成分分布均匀;Spinodal分解和DO22结构的γ-(Cux,Ni1-x)3Sn亚稳相的形成是合金时效硬化的主要原因
The phase structure and age hardening of the spray-formed Cu-15Ni-8Sn alloy were studied. The results of the comparison with the same alloy of the metallurgical process indicated that the alloy prepared by spray forming showed equiaxed grains, grain refinement and compositional distribution The formation of γ- (Cux, Ni1-x) 3Sn metastable phases with Spinodal decomposition and DO22 structure is the main reason for the age-hardening of alloys
