采用溶胶凝胶法制备了纯TiO2以及Sm掺杂TiO2,对制得样品进行400~800℃的热处理。通过SEM、XRD、EDS对样品进行了表征。结果表明,纯TiO2与Sm掺杂TiO2粒子均为类球型,尺寸达到纳米级别,Sm掺杂能细化晶粒并且能抑制TiO2在热处理过程中由锐钛矿相向金红石相的相变。
Pure TiO2 and Sm-doped TiO2 were prepared by sol-gel method, and the samples were heat-treated at 400-800 ℃. The samples were characterized by SEM, XRD and EDS. The results show that the pure TiO2 and Sm doped TiO2 particles are all spheroidal with sizes of nanometer. The Sm doping can refine the grain size and inhibit the transformation of anatase phase to rutile phase during the heat treatment.
