近几年,房建单位意识到房地产建设工程的造价控制的理念比较陈旧,因而逐渐在房建工程造价过程中引入了供应链的理念,此理念对于解决现在房建工程中造价控制存在的一系列问题起到了一定的作用,基于此,本文主要对房建工程造价管理的基本特点、以及基本理念、意义以及在建筑供应链在房屋工程造价中的意义进行简要探讨,以期为相关人员提供参考。
