一、农业管理体制改革的启示十一届三中全会以来,我国经济体制的改革首先在农业战线取得了重大突破,一种适应中国农村现状的,符合农业生产特点的经济责任制——家庭联产承包责任制,在中国农村大地脱颖而出。它的出现,使我国农村面貌为之一新。毫无疑问,农业管理体制改革的成功,对工业以及各行各业管理体制的改革,已经起了并继续起着极大的启示和推动作用。农业改革的历史意义和现实意义是绝对不能低估的。但是,农业改革所提供的具体经验和具体形式,是否也适用于工业的改革呢?
I.
