宾某,男,22岁,住院号0409,电焊工。患者于1986年7月27日上午6点45分至7点30分在通风极差的一罐内电焊作业约50分钟,早餐后即咳嗽、头晕、气促、恶心、畏寒并发烧,于上午10点去市内某医院,诊断为“上感”,予对症处理,当晚上述症状加重并出现烦躁、呼吸急促,故住进我院。查体:39℃,脉搏98次/分,呼吸22次/分,血压100/60毫米汞柱;急性高烧病容,全身无出血点及瘀斑,珠结膜轻度出血,鼻翼轻度煽动,唇无明显发绀,咽充血(++),心率98次/分,律齐,无杂音,双肺可闻及大小水泡音,腹部未见异常;血象:血红蛋白11.15克,红细胞370万,白细胞总
