党的十一届三中全会以来,湖北省出版业沐浴改革开放的东风,走上了健康发展的快车道,出版业规模扩大,出版物数量增加、整体质量提高,现已基本形成比较完整的出版产业体系,成为湖北国民经济的一个重要产业部门,被新闻出版署确定为全国六大出版发行中心之一。总结20年来出版事业发展的经验,出版业的繁荣发展,重要推动力在于改革,今后要由出版大省向出版强省迈进,关键还在于深化改革。因此,促进新一轮思想大解放,探索进一步开拓进取的思路,深化改革,是迎接新世纪,促进出版业进一步健康发展的重要途径。
Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the east wind in the bathing and reforming and opening up of the publishing industry in Hubei Province has embarked on a fast lane of healthy development. The publishing industry has expanded in scale, the number of publications has increased, and the overall quality has been basically improved. Publication of industrial system, a national economy in Hubei Province has become an important industrial sector, the Press and Publication Administration identified as one of the six major publishing and distribution center. To summarize the experience of the publishing industry in the past 20 years, the important impetus for the prosperity and development of the publishing industry lies in the reform. In the future, it will be necessary for the major publishing province to make a strong push toward publishing. The key lies in deepening the reform. Therefore, promoting the new round of liberation of ideas, exploring ways of further exploration and deepening reform are important ways to usher in the new century and promote the further healthy and healthy development of the publishing industry.
