文化创意产业作为现代服务业的重要组成部分,对推进我国经济结构战略性调整,实现可持续发展的重要意义不言而喻。2009年9月26日,国务院总理温家宝主持召开国务院常务会议,讨论并原则通过《文化产业振兴规划》(以下简称《规划》)。《规划》指出文化产业已经成为我国经济发展新的增长点,并强调要加大政府投入和税收、金融等政策支持,为规划实施和文化产业发展提供强有力的保障。
As an important part of modern service industry, cultural and creative industries are self-evident to promote the strategic adjustment of China’s economic structure and achieve sustainable development. On September 26, 2009, Premier Wen Jiabao of the State Council chaired a State Council executive meeting to discuss and approve the “Plan for the Revitalization of Culture Industry” (hereinafter referred to as the “Plan”) in principle. The “Plan” pointed out that the cultural industry has become a new growth point for China’s economic development. It also stressed the need to increase government investment and policy support such as taxation and finance so as to provide a strong guarantee for the planning and implementation and the development of the cultural industry.
