With the continuous development of the times, the role of cultural construction in enterprise management and staff management has gradually become more prominent. However, due to the late start of many corporate culture construction in our country and the relatively backward construction method, various problems in the process of cultural construction are gradually exposed and have a certain negative effect on the improvement of corporate capabilities.
