总结了60例大肠癌术后的患者化疗中实施优质护理示范服务护理体会。通过采取责任护士包床到患者的责任制护理模式,运用专科疾病护理常规及质量标准,对患者实施专科护理,加强心理护理,重视抗肿瘤药物治疗,饮食健康指导,化疗中毒副作用的观察和处理以及化疗药物渗漏的预防。认为通过落实责任护士包干制,对大肠癌术后化疗患者有针对性采取优质护理服务,不仅有利于患者树立信心战胜疾病,减轻化疗毒副作用,减少化疗的并发症,还提升了患者舒适度,实现了护理服务中以人为本的理念。
