广大火电企业的离退休干部为我国的电力建设和改革作出了重大贡献,他们是电力企业的宝贵财富,是企业和谐、企业建设的重要因素。党的十七大明确提出全面做好离退休干部工作,中央组织部也下文要求,进一步加强新形势下离退休干部工作。因此,企业必须高度重视离退休干部的管理工作,为老有所养、老有所医、老有所教、老有所学、老有所乐、老有所为创造良好条件。但是,目前火电企业面临许多的困难和矛盾,这势必给火电企业的离退休管理工作带来了难度。下面就火力发电企业离退休管理工作存在的难点和对策浅述如下,与同仁们共同商榷。
The retired cadres of the vast thermal power enterprises have made significant contributions to China’s power construction and reform. They are valuable assets for power enterprises and are an important factor in the harmony and enterprise construction of enterprises. The 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China explicitly proposed that the work of retired cadres should be fully and satisfactorily completed. The Central Organization Department also requested the following to further strengthen the work of retired cadres in the new situation. Therefore, enterprises must attach great importance to the management of retired cadres and create favorable conditions for the elderly to have their own old age, receive advice from their old people, learn from old times, learn from old age, and enjoy old things. However, the current thermal power enterprises are facing many difficulties and contradictions, which will inevitably bring difficulty to the retired management of thermal power enterprises. Here are the difficulties and countermeasures for the retired management of thermal power plants as follows, to discuss with my colleagues.
