The French Armaments Agency (DGA) announced that the French Special Forces have received the first PLFS. In January 2016, the French special forces ordered 202 heavy special vehicles and 242 light special vehicles from Renault Trucking. The reception of 25 heavy special vehicles, the second batch of 172 plans to start from January 2019 to receive, to December 2021 ended.
