目的研究一种三维放射-外科导航装置(TDRSG)在辅助植入自攻微螺钉中的临床应用。方法 30名正畸患者随机分为2组,15名上颌需要强支抗的患者应用自制的三维放射-外科导航装置,将30枚自攻微螺钉植入左右上颌第二前磨牙与第一磨牙之间的牙槽嵴,同时以未使用三维放射-外科导航装置的15名患者作为对照,术后拍片,进行成功率、准确率和安全率的对比性研究。结果使用三维放射-外科导航装置的30枚种植钉有1枚松脱,成功率为96.7%;准确率为86.7%;安全率为93.3%。未使用三维放射-外科导航装置的30枚种植钉有7枚松脱,成功率为76.7%;准确率为60%;安全率为70%。两组间在成功率、准确率和安全率三个方面差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。结论三维放射-外科导航装置可以提高植入自攻微螺钉的成功率、准确率和安全率。
Objective To study the clinical application of a three-dimensional radiosurgery device (TDRSG) in the assisted implantation of self-tapping micro-screws. Methods Thirty orthodontic patients were randomly divided into two groups. Fifteen patients with maxillary mandibular distraction needed self-made three-dimensional radiosurgery and navigation device. Thirty self-tapping micro-screws were implanted into the left maxillary second premolar and the first molar Of the alveolar ridges, while 15 patients without three-dimensional radiosurgery navigation device as a control, postoperative film, the success rate, accuracy and safety of the comparative study. Results The results showed that there was a loosening of 30 implants in the three-dimensional radiosurgery device with the success rate of 96.7%, the accuracy rate of 86.7% and the safety rate of 93.3%. Thirty loosely implanted 30 staples without a three-dimensional radiosurgery device had a success rate of 76.7%, an accuracy of 60%, and a safety margin of 70%. There were significant differences in success rate, accuracy rate and safety rate between the two groups (P <0.01). Conclusion The three-dimensional radiosurgery device can improve the success rate, accuracy rate and safety rate of self-tapping micro-screws.
