“Joint Study on the Interaction between the Ocean and the Atmosphere in the Central American Tropical Pacific Ocean” has successfully completed the task of on-site inspection of two voyages. What is the significance of this cooperation and what has been achieved now is what people are anxious to understand. In the recent two or three decades, a series of anomalies have emerged successively in the climate around the world, including our own.
