江主席“三个代表”的思想是新时期党的建设的根本指针,是基层党组织建设的重要理论和实践依据。从基层党组织建设和预备役部队的实际来看,要学习实践“三个代表”的要求,必须注意以下几个方面: 一、准确弄清基层党组织建设的实际,切实把解决的突出的问题搞明白 把问题看清找准是从严治党,落实好“三个代表”的前提和关键。
