我科长期存在门诊病人拥挤集中,候诊时间长,预约时间长,镶牙受限制的现象,病人意见较多,工作人员长期加班加点。虽然过去也做了些努力,企图解决。但由于方向不对头,对部队情况不了解,思想上缺少群众观点,主观上认为病人多总是看不完,还不如看少点看好点。因此,总是解决不了。今年在毛泽东思想指导下,通过下基层门诊、下部队,打破框框培养干部,镶牙设计
