故障现象:一辆东风EQ1118G型汽车,初次启动发动机时,必须先拆下断油电磁阀,取出阀芯及回位弹簧才能着车。当汽车行驶50千米后停车,再次启动时,发动机仍不能启动。此时再将阀芯及回位弹簧装入电磁阀内,发动机又能启动了,且能听到阀芯正常工作的声音。故障检查:将分配式喷油泵从车上拆下,装到喷油泵试验台上进行试验。试验结果显示:启动供油量正常,供油电磁阀电路正常,且电磁阀本身无问题,较长时间试验中无断油现象。
Symptoms: a Dongfeng EQ1118G-type car, the first time you start the engine, you must first remove the solenoid valve off oil, remove the spool and the return spring to the car. When the car after 50 km parking, start again, the engine still can not start. At this point then the valve spool and return spring into the solenoid valve, the engine can start, and can hear the normal working voice spool. Troubleshooting: Dispense the distributed fuel pump from the vehicle and attach it to the fuel pump test bench for testing. The test results show that: the start of normal fuel supply, fuel solenoid valve circuit is normal, and the solenoid valve itself is no problem, the longer the test without oil breaks.
