患者29岁,足月产2次,1979年9月曾人流一次。1980年1月10日因孕50~+天第二次人流,术时见到完整胚囊,术后宫腔9厘米,放中号金属单环一只。同年2月28日(人流后48天)复诊,主诉仍有恶心;妇检子宫增大似40天,妊娠症状明显;X线腹透见金属环存在。于3月5日(即上次人流后53天)第三次人流,术中取出组织25克,胚囊完整且符合40~+天妊娠大小;但宫腔内无金属感亦未取到节育环。术毕休息片刻,再次 X 线腹透仍见环影。乃预约患者下次经净后作碘油子宫造影。4月15日
The patient was 29 years old, had 2 full-term births and had abortions in September 1979. January 10, 1980 due to pregnancy 50 ~ + second abortion, surgery to see the full embryo sac, uterine cavity after 9 cm, put a single medium-sized metal ring. February 28 the same year (48 days after abortion) referral, the complaint is still nausea; maternal uterus increased for about 40 days, pregnancy symptoms; X-ray see the presence of metal ring. On March 5 (53 days after the last abortion), the third abortion, intraoperative tissue removed 25 grams, embryo sac complete and consistent with the size of 40 ~ + day of pregnancy; but no metal in the uterine cavity is not taken birth control ring. After the surgery, take a break, again X-ray is still see shadow ring. Is an appointment for the next time after the net for iodized oil and uterine imaging. April 15
