据上海市消防局近日公布的消息,国内首条消防咨询热线“96119”即将在9月初开通。“96119”消防咨询热线是上海市消防局为了深化消防宣传“四进”工作,创新消防工作社会化思路的一项重要举措。“96119”消防咨询热线坚持借鉴国外经验,结合上海实际,关注老年群体,整合热线资源的原则,按照统筹安排,分工协作,广泛宣传,提高水平的要求扎实稳步推进。“96119”消防咨询热线的前期筹备工作在消防局各级领导的关心和支持下,进展顺利,目前系统已能正常运行并即将对外服务。“96119”消防咨询热线面向社会大众,突出老年人消防安全等重点内容。主要受理和答复市民提出的以下三个方面的问题:
