微流控技术有着卓越的优点:设备经济,操作简单和易得粒径均匀、形貌及结构可控的微珠和微胶囊。微流控技术是一种有别于传统成型加工的技术,有着广阔的应用前景。微流控技术从理论到实践都日趋成熟,已经具备了走向实验教学课堂的条件。将微流控实验项目开设在聚合物成型加工专业实验课程中,不仅深化、完善及补充了实验课程内容,还极大地激发了学生的学习热情。该实验深受学生的欢迎,在深化实验教学改革中具有重要的意义。
Microfluidic technology has outstanding advantages: equipment economy, easy operation and easy access to uniform size, morphology and structure controllable beads and microcapsules. Microfluidic technology is a different from the traditional molding technology, has a broad application prospects. Microfluidic technology has matured from theory to practice, and has already had the conditions to go to experimental teaching class. The experimental project of microfluidics was opened in the experimental course of polymer forming and processing, which not only deepened, improved and supplemented the contents of the experimental course, but also aroused the enthusiasm of students greatly. This experiment is deeply welcomed by the students and is of great significance in deepening the reform of experimental teaching.
