With the social and economic development and progress, people are more and more aware of the importance of strengthening the logistics management. How to reduce the cost of logistics has become one of the most important tasks in daily management of all kinds of enterprises. As far as the current power system enterprises are concerned, great changes have taken place in their management modes and business philosophy. In the dynamic process of power generation, transmission, distribution, electricity sales and end users, all aspects are further optimized with the continuous update of management concepts and the gradual increase of technical level. How to achieve optimal management and reduce the logistics cost in this process has become one of the most concerned issues for power companies.
