第一条为促进客运出租汽车行业健康发展,提高出租汽车服务水平,创建和谐行业,依据《天津市客运出租汽车管理条例》、《天津市出租汽车服务管理标准》等有关规定,制定本办法。第二条本办法适用于天津市行政区域内取得客运出租经营许可证的客运出租汽车企业及受市客运交通管理办公室委托的客运出租汽车服务管理组织。第三条出租汽车服务监管应遵循以下原则:
Article 1 These Measures are formulated in order to promote the healthy development of the passenger taxi industry, raise the level of taxi service and create a harmonious industry based on the relevant provisions of the Regulations on the Administration of Tianjin Passenger Taxi and the Management Standard of Tianjin Taxi Services. Article 2 The present Measures shall apply to passenger transport taxi enterprises that have obtained passenger transport permit for operation within the administrative area of Tianjin Municipality and passenger taxi service management organizations entrusted by the Municipal Traffic Traffic Management Office. Article taxi service supervision should follow the following principles:
